What This Assessment Measures

The GLP-1 Habit Readiness Assessment explores 10 dimensions of behavior change drawn from self-determination theory, habit psychology, and identity-based change frameworks. It covers identity shift, routine consistency, coping strategies, support systems, intrinsic motivation, self-efficacy, food relationship, self-awareness, consistency over time, and resilience.

This is a personal reflection tool — not a clinical assessment. It does not diagnose conditions, predict outcomes, or replace advice from your healthcare team. Any decisions about starting, stopping, or changing GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound should always be made with your prescribing provider.

Who Is This For?

Anyone on a GLP-1 medication — whether you're in your first month on Ozempic, approaching a year on Mounjaro, or thinking about what comes next. The assessment helps you understand which habits are solid and where you might want to focus, regardless of where you are in your journey.
