What This Calculator Converts
Some GLP-1 pens are multi-dose: you dial the dose and the dial clicks as it turns. The Pen Click Calculator converts between a dose in milligrams and a number of clicks — in either direction — for your medication and pen strength, using that pen's click-to-mg ratio. For pens that only have marked dose settings, it shows those settings instead. Counting clicks is an off-label method that pen manufacturers have not evaluated, and click counts can vary by about ±2 between pens, so always confirm the dose in the pen's dose window before injecting.

People using a multi-dose pen who want to understand how the dial's clicks relate to the dose their prescriber set. Single-dose pens and auto-injectors — including the US versions of Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound — do not need click counting: each pen is one dose.
